However, if you like a product on our social media platforms or on the website, you can drop us a message on the respective social media platform or send a mail on [email protected] and our team will guide you to place an order.
We ship all over India through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Aramex and such.
Shipment charges will depend on the weight of the order and the area of delivery. All orders above INR 5000/- will have free shipping. The delivery time will be about 7-10 days from the date of placing the order. You will receive a track link from our courier partner where you can live track your order.
We will send you a link created for your order. Using the link, you can make payment using any credit card, debit card or by UPI and mobile wallets.

Yes, you can select a saree on the website and reserve it for pickup from the store. We will update you of the store you can get the saree picked up from.
You may return the product within 2 days after the shipping is done. Incase the product is damaged from your end, Hastkala reserves the right to not accept the return. The return delivery charges will have to be borne by you and please make sure you do the same from trusted courier services like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc. After we receive the product and check for quality assurance, we will send you a confirmation and refund the money within 5-7 working days.
You may not as we have varying collections in different stores. You can drop us a message or email us about the same and we will update you with the store that the product is available at.
