HASTKALA CANCELLATION POLICY
HASTKALA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the HASTKALA marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective Garments,Jewellery or Handbags please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within a day of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
HASTKALA REFUND POLICY
When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee only towards the manufacturing defect of the garment, Jewellery or Handbags and that you have informed us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods and that the same is assessed by the quality control team at our end.
We make sure that the goods delivered to you is the same as you see on the site and that you have opted for the right size as per your need and have understood the Indian sizes for the same. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full replacement of the garment for the same value if only the size did not match you for only once after the goods sold.
We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds are not being provided for change in designs update after the order is placed and the goods delivered.
HASTKALA EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in what we make and are responsible to what we sell to you.
The product is made of a fabric which is hand-woven or loom woven, and the colors, when washed in urban chlorinated water, might tend to run, hence we suggests dry clean only for the certain designs and fabric.
The washing guide will be mentioned on the garment tags individually for its better care.
Exchange will be entertained, if the process is within 1 days of the purchase and receipts.
Any white garments will be exchanged at the sole discretion of the company.
Silk garments, cannot be exchanged.
